You need to take a screenshot of your rank in game then go to support http://www.mineplex.com/support and put in the screenshot of your rank in there. Then you need to get your coins . If I read this wrong and you don't know where to get your monthly coins then go to http://www.mineplex.com/shop and click on "MonthlyBonus". Then claim the bonus with your in game username.
