Don't get a razer mouse, especially not that one (which is quite well known for breaking)

he was one of the people I talked to c:
Get an ssd and 16gb of ram. The ssd will make the overall speed of the computer MUCH faster and 8gb isn't really enough ram nowadays. The i7-7700 is way overkill for the 1060. You could get an i5 and a 1070 for the same price and get much greater performance in games. You also don't really need the 212 evo if you aren't going to overclock unless you care about it being slightly quieter.

For the mouse I recommend getting the Logitech G502. It has the best sensor in the market and it has really good build quality and logitech customer support is significantly better than razer's notoriously bad customer support. It's $80 now but if you want to wait it goes down to $40 every once in awhile.

I threw together this guide using amazon prices https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Tortelett/saved/hPgf7P
The ssd isn't the best but it will be much faster than any hard drive anyways. You could also save a ton by ordering parts from https://www.reddit.com/r/buildapcsales and getting things when they're on sale instead of just from amazon.
