The eye is somewhat low once again, and the shoulders have a weird curve. but other than that, its pretty good.

The eye is too low on her face. Also when shading, use higher saturated colors so the coloring doesn't look dirty, and so it shows up better. When shading peach colored skin, shades of pink ( maybe reds for the darkest shades of value ) are recommended. It might help if you look up some anatomy references to help with your facial and shoulder structure. Good luck on your future works.
