You gotta stop worrying about "is layers a failure" or any bullshit like that. As long as you have a server thats fun and then just continue to try and get publicity it'll work out.
As long as you have a fun server there is no such thing as it failing since theres millions of people that play on servers so there is always room for more servers as long as you do it right
