Yeah it definitely has been a really long time. I think the last game that I played that was the whole experience was Black Ops 2, and as of a few days ago its been 4 years since then.
Ooo, yeah true. I don't play a lot of other games anymore, but I definitely understand how you feel about Destiny. I played it during it's first year a lot, and it definitely was lacking a lot - especially for the $60 price. The multiplayer was some of the best I'd played, but the story was pretty bad - a good story doesn't take 3 days of playing to beat.
Yeah I felt the same way. The way that it was so short and lacked in story made actually completing the ending feel unsatisfying and almost like I really did nothing. Even from what I heard, they used to have a much better story but scrapped it for whatever this is now.
