Don't play in custom rooms where they only want high levels, they'll automatically ban/report you from the room/game.
When playing Co-op vs A.I, make sure you're set on beginner level. You know where you click Co-op vs A.I, then to the right click 5x5 Summoners Rift, then even more to the right, click Beginner.
Then BEFORE you start the game, ask the players you were matched up with in chat what level they are. You can literally ask them if you can play with them, and if they say a strong no, then leave and find another match, it's better than being reported at the end of a game.
