Back up your data onto your computer. Wipe your device, download the Jailbreak, re-install all your data. Go to Cydia, click the bottom 2nd item and click reload at the top. Restart the device and then start downloading items.
And don't break the law like Caesk suggested by downloading free stuff
I second this. If you download free stuff randomly, Hillary Clinton might hack your phone and spam you with liberal emails. In all seriousness though, back up the data.
I'm going to be very, very cautious and do as much research as I can once the jailbreak goes live. Still unsure if I want to do it, but I did downgrade to 10.2 so that I would at least have the choice.
Waiting until it is more stable and also doing research is definitely important. But if you're just using it on an alt device, it's probably less crucial to you.
