It would depend on the contest. I minor contest could be a tumbnail for an avatar picture, while a big one could be a Steam or Amazon code. I'd also make sure to have backup options in case an option for one of the bigger rewards (say, the Steam or Amazon code) wasn't legal for the reward-ee to have in their country for whatever region (for example, the Steam code in question was for a game banned for some reason or another, or the country has an embargo on the Amazon-related product).
