Lol, ok "pro quote writer" xD Why isn't this a good quote? As far as I know quotes are about sending a message with very carefully chosen words. And I have to say that this quote is well written. It isn't meant to scare anyone. Walter is applying that he is not weak. That he is scared of nobody. Also, you're completely missing the context of who he is and the transformation he underwent over the show (If you watched Breaking Bad). He's not a Scarface mafia-type wannabe. He's a cancer-stricken high school teacher, turned drug lord with complex motivations, both fundamentally good and bad.
