He made this thing that uses your own weight as leverage or whatever, and it has this rope stuff that goes over the top of the door, and because he was pulling on it, it made the door open
OH I missed the "trying to exercise" part. Well, it's a shame that it happened doesnt sound like it could be too bad, but really depends on his physical well being before that and his age
