The closest person I know to this would be matt ☭ and they hardly fit the bill - the closest you'd get to toxicity would be occasional "how about those white people" things or pointing out actual racism

Oh, I don't know, maybe unjustifiably blowing up at someone is a reasonable reaction? Assuming that your opponent is a "cis white male" because they're opposing you isn't toxic or insulting at all?
I'm sure you can find tons of examples for this. I don't save links for websites I visit, nor do I even revisit these toxic moments.
The "oppressors" and "oppressed" may change depending on the environment. I'm sure Asians know that statement all too well historically. (See: Japan vs Japanese immigration to America and its consequences in WWII if you think I'm bullshitting you) That can cause some tense shit to happen between two groups, neither groups having justifiable reasons.
