I think only MOD's should get it

Personally it'd be a cool idea just that there should be a time limit per say 8 months as staff so that not everyone can get it, just those who have served Mineplex long and served Mineplex well.

For the most part, staff members quit because of things IRL. Does this mean we shouldn't show appreciation for the things they did and the time they spent helping us? I don't think so. I think it's a great idea to give ex staff tags. Maybe not helpers because the way "Trainees" are right now is absurd, but ex-mods or ex-Sr.Mods would be a good thing. Too many staff resign and are then forgotten and everything they have done for us and for the server is forgotten and I don't think that's the way it should be. Staff members do, or used to do, a lot for the community and I think that people should show appreciation to that. Just my opinion

If they actually did a lot for the community then the community will remember them without some pointless tag beside their name
Do you remember me?
If not, point proven
Again in my own opinion, people take this server way too seriously. I do remember you, as I have been here for that long. Owners should be able to make something else rather than just sitting inside their comfort zone. Maybe they could make an event, in appreciation of ex Mods, SR's, Owners and Administrators, but not ANOTHER tag.
A lot of people are passionate about things they enjoy, just like people live for music or are movie fanatics. This is a hobby, so it's really no different to any other hobby. I know you remember me, I was just asking bbran to prove a point ;) maybe a tag isn't the best choice, you're right, but something would be nice
Lol, I do also remember you so your point is invalid. I've kinda also been here since Sept 2013
I don't think living for music is a good comparison to a Minecraft server. .-.
He is just sharing his opinion too. I agree with him and I think that ex staff that are mods or sr. mods should get a tag or something to show that they put in their time to volunteer to help out the server. They are giving their time up to work for the server for free and if they resign I believe that they should be recognized for that. Again I am sharing my opinion just like Lecasso and Mixa were, you guys gonna hate on me like you hated on him?
Implying that he was hated on is pretty sleazy, especially when no insults were thrown. If you think an opinion is not debatable, and such is plausible to call "hate", then I'll gladly state that 2+2=5 in my opinion.
Who said that an opinion is not debatable? Having someone say your point is invalid, like Bran did is not debating an opinion, it's being flat out rude. Go ahead and call me sleazy, but before you do, make sure you read everything ;) Btw nice try at trying to use the old 2+2=5 thing but it really has nothing to do with this
I read everything and I'm only refuting what I care to. I only said that your implication was sleazy, not you. You should also consider the "if" part since if means "in case".2+2=5 is completely relevant because of that. If you read the context of what Bran said, you would understand that he was calling a point invalid because Lecasso said that "Do you remember me? If not, point proven.". Please, don't make a fool of yourself by hypocrisy and consider what you've actually read before you tell someone to read everything.
Lecasso is saying that if Bran doesnt remember him then his point is proven, his point is that people forget ex staff. So Bran said that his point, that ex staff are forgotten, is invalid. Good job reading there :thumb:
Condescension is obnoxious. So is trying to re-explain something that leads to the same conclusion when the conclusion is clearly already known.
Yes, but I did remember him so his point wasn't proven at all hence why I said it was invalid, Exactly as dread said in context it was perfectly justified.
