Like I said, I can help you get Vegas really easily. It's the perfect thing for editing like you do, and negates these problems whilst giving solid end results. =P Just lemme know.

When you say you can help me get Sony Vegas, how do you mean? Do you mean the free-pirated version? Because as I said to Dekomori, I can't do that. I plan to make add revenue, and you aren't allowed to pirate softwares you make money off of.
You don't even need to torrent it. There's a couple kb large .exe that just verifies it. You literally use the version from the website. And ad revenue is going to be but a few pennies until you get a considerably high amount of subscribers. It's really not worth collecting that little money on a regular basis, just wait a while to monetize. But even if you decide to monetize off of this version of Vegas, there's nothing even indicating that you'd used Vegas to edit/render anyway, other than you just knowing/saying so.
Hmm. Do you know of any editors like Sony Vegas Pro? That are free or at least very cheap? And I realize that I would probably get pennies for a while, but I'm planning to upload pretty consistently with at least 2 videos a day (really one, but it would be too complicated to explain) and I already have almost 360 subscribers. But that's complicated too... I don't want to go into detail with my reasoning behind those.
Anyway, shorter version: Do you know any free video editors like Sony Vegas Pro, and yes I realize I would be making very little money, but over time it could add up to a lot.
Anything offered for free is going to have drawbacks, which is why they're free. I personally use Vegas, Premier Pro, or After Effects all of which have a price tag, unless you can get them free. Monetizing using Vegas isn't going to do anything bad really. If integrity is your concern, I understand that. But that's my only recommendation honestly.
Yes, it's more about integrity and sincerity. It just feels wrong to do it. There is of course still the fear of getting sued or something, but the former reasons are more important in my opinion. I'm just going to try to save up for it I guess.
