Anti-cheat has nothing to do with builders. Therefore it doesn't stop new maps etc.. From being released.

True, but I would have loved to see "May MAC Update" instead of "May Map Update".

It's not like developers stop developing and wait for builders to build new maps. Everyone is doing their tasks, but some take longer than the others.
