I am putting my appeal here before submitting it to Hypixel. If you can think of anything for me to add please let me know, or even changes that would be looked upon favorably. Also keep in mind that it is not proof read.
Hypixel appeal:
"IGN (in game name)*: Dalam_Gar

Why were you banned?*: According to the above screen shot Watchdog detected blacklisted modifications on my client. I actually have a theory as to this one, however keep in mind if it was not in Skywars I have no idea. After I win a game of Skywars then there is a several second period between when I get the final kill and when I get teleported to the lobby. During this time sometimes there is a one block thick pool of water, which I will occasionally jump over using blocks to allow me to "walk on water." The interesting thing here is that the blocks don't place, after the final kill. So I jump on them as they appear on my client, but not on the server side. This is NOT bug abusing as the game has already finished, we all have something we do right after we win. This is most likely the reason I was banned, this is not confirmed of course but I imagine that is the reason. Especially as it has to do with what my client sees, but the server doesn't. If you could look into this that would be much appreciated. My other theory has to do with getting shot off of an island, then teleported back onto it. This happened to me once (only once), I can only assume it is a Hypixel bug. Where I was shot off of an island, then teleported off again. I immediately jumped off again, so as not to gain an advantage, but all the same this is a possibility.
List every modification, macro and/or clients you were you using?*: Optifine and full bright.
Have you been banned from Hypixel before?*: No.
Why should we unban or unmute you?*: I was following the rules, I have never done anything to warrant a ban (or mute). Thus there is no reason I should be banned in the first place. The screenshot shows Watchdog saying that I have blacklisted modifications on my client, yet he provides no further detail. So I will list to you the only client modifications I have.
1) Optifine
This is clearly approved as shown by this screenshot:

The following screenshot very clearly states that this is allowed:
Those are the only client modifications that I have, if any proof for this is required I will be happy to provide. However now I will directly address the question.
1) I have done nothing to break the rules, I have always stayed within the boundaries of the rules.
2) I have never disrespected another player on your server, even when I was slightly angry I made sure not to be rude and ruin other player good experiences.
3) I have made a valid theory as to how I got banned, if you look into this you will see I was not breaking any rules.
4) When I play on your server I'm not here to be rude, disrespectful or ruin other players experiences. I am here to have a great experience myself on my favorite server, while still following a path set by the rules.
5) I have shown that both of the modifications on my client are approved."
