You download it from a website, and install it in iTunes by either shift+clicking check for update on windows or option+clicking check for update on mac. Navigate to the .ipsw file you downloaded, and install it.

I've almost got all the MS achievements, but the ones I have left are:

BOOM! HEADSHOT!- For some reason I don't get head shot kills often, I only have 120

Clutch or kick: Impossible to get into this situation, and when I do, I'm usually low or the 3 guys are all together, making it hard to kill them
