How to make the perfect Trainee Application has been updated, and I would be happy if you guys could check it out and leave some feed back as I feel that this will help players. Remember, feed back keeps the thread alive, helping more players that are struggling with passing their application!
So a hot topic has been going around Mineplex lately after the new idea Carl the Creeper came out. This once again, sparked up a flame war on how Mineplex copies Hypixel. I'm just going to help straighten things out on why some of these things are a bit off.
Let's start off with Carl the Creeper. He was a Mineplex idea for about a year now. And few might say... "Hypixel had the idea for a year too." You see, this does not make since. How can Mineplex steal an idea with out it existing yet.
Let me next go to Sky Wars. Sky Wars is a common game. Mineplex published the game a week after the arrival from Hypixel. That's not really enough time for a server to determine whether or not it brings in new players or more. Plus, Sky Wars is probably on 60-80% of servers, making it a huge idea, and not Hypixels.
Now let me explain Master Builders. If any idea on Mineplex that should be considered 'stolen' from Hypixel, it should be this game. And not to mention, this game is not even close to being a stolen idea. First, Chiss explains that Mineplex takes no credit from the game what-so-ever. Okay, so it may sound like Mineplex took the idea, but at least we confronted it. Also, I was thinking about the idea simply. I had a game idea of this, and I have not ever stood foot in Hypixel once. This is probably a common game, and it could fit in the server.
Racing games? Hypixel recently also released a racing game that sounds so fun, it will actually allow me to go to Hypixel. But wait a second, Mineplex had the idea before them. We just got rid of it because it was too buggy. So technically we had the idea first. But it doesn't matter, we should be able to share ideas. I'm just using this as an example. Mineplex uses their ideas, and they use ours. All servers should have the right to just be friendly and good companions.
Mineplex took Hypixels ideas, but only just a tiny bit. While Hypixel also took a few.
We are all even, and I hope this cleared some things up for you guys.
I have to go on hypixels side because they had something like carl the creeper way before mineplex decided to have an npc that gives you goodies, and the racing game is way different than mineplex's because it is based off of mario kart. And also it was longer than just a week when mineplex launched master builders. At least hypixel actually interviews their staff
Yeah unfortunately you did, although you can look at Diar's wall and see who got accepted and the TeamSpeak Lounge is still open as is the Event Server

I thought Mineplex was going to be nice and give us like some sort of holiday gift. But I guess not then.
Technically, my first post was actually a comment. I commented on my registered member award because I was a nub, and I didn't know how to make wall posts. ;o
