For a followup to 'Mineplex Administration' poll, I have three answers for why people aren't satisfied.

"They act unjustly", "They don't listen to the community", and "They don't do their jobs."

Do these represent the majority of those unhappy? Do you have more options? Should I allow multiple answer choices?

Defending MP for a sec.

This is the first amendment:

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

Freedom of speech:

"The right to freedom of speech allows individuals to express themselves without interference or constraint by the government."

Where in here does it prevent Mineplex from muting you for whatever? As Diar put it, they aren't a country.

I don't particularly agree with what they're doing, but freedom of speech does not apply here. So stop calling for it.

Nobody's calling for free speech. We're stating that Mineplex has no right to regulate something they do not own. Enjin at large is not their property.

Let's say I make a club, and one of the rules is not to bad talk people. If you go to school and bad mouth a member, I have the right to ban you from my club. You might not have said anything while with the club members, by you still broke the rule I have in place.

Their punishing people for this at all in the first place is completely ridiculous
As usual, they're using an old rule bent to their whims so they can arbitrarily punish people for something they disagree with
Before you say "they were punished for arguing" - like hell they were. If that were the case, the people saying "there are more than 2 genders" would've been punished as well because they were nagging the argument on just as much. But they weren't. They claim that this is "harassment" - tell me how stating a simple fact is harassment. Tell me how stating a fact, without even calling anyone out, pointing fingers, naming names, etc. is "harassment" - or "hate".

Also, my other post was referring to their having Enjin delete the posts, more so than their banning people from their site (that is still technically Enjin's that they pay Enjin "rent" for).

I understand what you are saying, but you guys took it to another level. I recall Nazo (not sure it that's their name) made a couple comments on their wall about multiple genders, and you were saying things like oh we need more bleach etc. Their's a difference between stating your opinion, and mocking someone else's. And that's line you did definitely cross last night.

As for your statement about not directly naming Mineplex or anyone involved, that's just going based on technicalities which is unacceptable. That's literally like your sister telling you not to in her room, and you just dangle your foot over her floor. It was obvious who everyone was talking about when they made posts, and not naming the individual didn't change that.

That was on tepig's wall and regarding a gender that is completely made up by Tumblr. Nocturnalgender. Really? Nobody identifies as that... it's not a gender, it is a feeling, and AFAIK was made up by a troll.

And for it to be harassment, yes naming them would pretty much be required. Especially considering the amount of posts made about this before the drama even started up. And most of those posts still aren't hate.
