As you may know from the title, Today, I was demoted from the Mineplex staff team for immaturity. The whole trial of being a trainee has challenges and there are some things you need to face that you'd not like to. Some day when you trial ends, You'll get promoted but that was not the case for me. I've tried my hardest to achieve my goals but I've failed to do so.

As of my demotion, I totally agree with the given decision and hope to come back to the great community once again.

Q&A:

1. Would you return to the staff team?

The simple answer is, Yes.

2. Was your demotion fair?

Yes. Part of it I was confused but I respect the decision.

Don't let this beat you down - take it as a win on your case. You've experienced a lot from this trial and you can come back better than ever. Sad to see someone with so much potential go but at least you can say that you've done what you've done and you should be proud of it.
