For the first time I've been temp banned for something that shouldn't even be considered spam -_- the hypixel staff is smarter than red warfare which is why the Hypixel Network is my home base. Red Warfare could at least do something called oh, I don't know...MUTE
A mute won't teach anyone anything. It's simple logic when saying that someone who gets muted, is more likely to just do it again when their time is up. It's a strict system, yes, but it keeps order and balance. Someone who breaks the 4+ line rule and is only muted is not going to see that as a punishment and will most likely do it again. If the person is banned, then they are likely to watch themselves and to not preform the action again. It's strict, yes, but it works.
I still don't understand this whole EULA thing but I'm glad I don't understand because I don't really mind since I'm not into all that complicated stuff
