For any J Cole fans out there, I think Cole recently dropped his best project (it was on 4/20). I listened to KOD pretty closely this weekend and it's more relevant than ever. When it's too late, the new generation of the industry will one day look back and wished they listened to Cole when. But I know for a fact very few are actually going to listen to the man now.
As I have been working on YouTuber stuff in the recent days regarding Factions, I think it's the most appropriate time to finalize and push out everything regarding the YouTuber Rank application & information soon. So expect that within this week!
Yes. The staff team has been allowed to swear only on Enjin walls. Why? Because the MCC forum is only a branch of Enjin. And ultimately, we cannot control what happens on other Enjin walls. As we don't permit staff to involve themselves in drama or like drama related posts on other walls, we do believe staff should be able to express their opinion if it's not to harm others. And if that is moderately using swear words, then that's something us, the Administrative Team, can accept and tolerate. No, we're not going to tolerate a staff member dropping the f-bomb or be highly explicit, but if it's just moderately swearing, then that's something we can compromise with. Just wanted to clear that matter up with you all for if you do/have seen staff members swear on their walls or on other Enjin walls and save you from submitting a staff report.

To anyone who's thinking about becoming a staff member or is currently working on becoming a staff member, I have two words for you that trumps everything else. Two words that you should focus on largely. It's helped me and I think what I know can value you all.
Be. Yourself.
That's all. Really. Don't let what others say determine your self-worth, but your strategy (quote from one of my favorite YouTubers, YOUSE). If you let what others say get to you, especially on the internet, you're going to find it very difficult to get to where you want to be. All I did from the day I started working toward joining the staff team to now is focus on being myself and no one else. I truly feel me doing that has only earned my success. It took time to get to where I am today. And it wasn't easy. But I never strayed away from truly being myself.
When you focus on being yourself, things act in your favor in the long term. Don't make stupid short-term decisions thinking that it will benefit you. It will in the short term, but it will not in the long run. The long run matters and your short-term decisions and patience overall factors into that. So that's all I really wanted to say today and wanted to keep it somewhat short. It's only two words that you need to put on a pedestal.
Love it when my internet goes from being 10% at normal speed to not working and then once again 10% at normal speed for a whole day. At least it's working now
