Thank you for making the experience of being staff such a pleasant one. If you didn't put as much time into this server as you do i honestly don't know where it would be, but it definitely wouldn't be as good as what it is now. You are one of the people that understands factions, i am so grateful you got admin, you really deserved it. You put countless hours into this server and when people say you don't do shit for it, i really question how much they actually try to help it. You are basically the only admin that understands factions properly, you aren't afraid to ask questions, it helps if you ask otherwise you'll be stuck there thinking what to do. You discussed things with us factions staff and players that made factions a lot better then what it is. Honestly, if you weren't admin i don't think i'd have the inspiration to get staff. I never thought you did much work for the server until i got staff and realised how much shit you actually do. By far one of the best people on MCC that i have met. I'll always be happy to help you out if you need it, even though i'm going inactive kinda ill always try and check discord so if you need help ill be there. Thank you for making being staff such a pleasant experience and helping me get through tough times. I have a lot of respect for you.
I see complaints here and there about how long some punishments can be. I think the community sometimes forgets that the punishment system is tiered. This means the time of each punishment increases once you get a 2nd, 3rd, 4th or 5th offense. This is how the system operates and this is how it's always going to operate until something better comes along. The current system is 100x better than the pre-Summer 2016 system because it's actually organized and we can deal with repeat offenders. If you're an older staff member/ex-staff member and was a staff member through that period, you know exactly what I'm talking about.
So it's simple. If you are a repeat offender, the punishment time will be increased. Don't like it? Don't break the rules and keep updated with them. And yes, we all make mistakes sometimes. But the thing about mistakes is that they are meant to be learned from.
Please keep this in mind when you are upset about how long your punishment is.
That moment when you start watching a Ninja stream a few hours ago but end up muting the stream 15 minutes later because you start doing 5 other things :/ Hopefully, might be able to get back to it within the next 20 minutes or so
I was in your position. I had 1 monitor and I knew even if I prayed to the Lord he wouldn't give me another (he doesn't work that way).
-So I stole 2 monitors and prayed for him to forgive my sins.

Life is rough and we all make mistakes and do something wrong here and there. But we're humans and we are no perfect. So cut yourself a break and focus on moving forward by doing right by you and don't judge yourself so harshly because others are doing that for you already.
