Grandmas Smoking Weed for the First Time (Extended Cut)

I guess it just shows how people are overreacting. Marijuana is not a drug. As you can see in this video, the grandmas took quite a few hits and still acted pretty normal. I would never have guessed they were 'high' if I didn't watch them smoke weed.

It´s pretty unsound to claim marijuana is not a drug because the results of three old women. There are too many factors that play in how it affects the body and its functions. http://www.drugabuse.gov/publications/drugfacts/marijuana now read up on that.

There's no doubt that these grandmas were affected by the weed the smoked in the video. But didn't end up acting like those typical high guys that keep smiling and laughing with their eyes redder than the devils dick lol. Even though they did take quite a few hits. Especially considering their age and the fact that they never tried it before. The reason why I said that marijuana isn't a drug has nothing to do with the video actually. I just wanted to mention that because marijuana doesn't have any negative side effects on your body/organism/brain. Other than making you a bit high of course (depends on how much and how often you smoke). It's more of a medicine, a cure than a drug. Taking it in certain ways and amounts of course. Besides, alcohol and cigars are much worse in many ways. I could talk about this for days.. I have never tried weed before, nor do I intend to. But I do have a lot of friends that do smoke. Nothing ever bad has happened to them, and they've been smoking for years now (Most of them are a few years older than me). One of them even got rid of his asthma problem. He used to bring his inhaler with him everywhere. He still has asthma though, but it's almost none existing. Some scientists claim that marijuana could cure cancer and tumors. The oil from the cannabis plant is also very healthy. There was a girl with Dravet syndrome. She suffered from seizures every week. Her parents decided to try treating her with medical marijuana and after a few months she started walking and talking again. And the seizures almost completely stopped. Sorry for the long comment btw. This is just a subject that I like discussing about x)

Anecdotal fallacy. Isolated examples aren't the most rational things to use in a debate.

Red eyes, inability to speak and to feel pain, vomiting, increased blood pressure and heart rate, cramps etc.. These are all symptoms after extensive use of marijuana. They only occur after extensive use. which is hard to achieve. But they are still small and harmless side effects. Similar to getting drunk. Drunk people tend to be aggressive. While high people are just relaxed. Not to mention how alcohol destroys your liver. As for cigars, cigars contain nicotine. Can cause heart diseases and destroys your lungs. While marijuana contains THC, which is a bronchial dilator which basically opens your lungs (that's how my friend 'cured' his asthma). Alcohol is healthy for some things as well. Especially wine. But drinking too much is simply just bad. It's the same thing with everything, including marijuana. It's all good when you take it in certain amounts. For reference, a drug is anything that can be used to alter a string of processes in the body on a level noticeable in daily activities. I believe the argument should have been whether marijuana was a harmful drug, not a drug, because it definitely is. #Late&NotHelpful
