^AC 2019^

*Thursday*

I drove by Cumberland then north in the beautiful country side to avoid the tolls. I saw some abandoned buisnesses and listened to country music while relaxing.

At the con I went to the fur suit dance and explored the con.

*Friday*

During the opening ceremony I  heard about Steve Gallacci who made the first popular furry cartoons for the fandom. AC was around 23 years total. About 9 years in Philadelphia and 14 year in Pittsburgh location.

I took pictures and got a fur suit parade badge. Then, I bought some cool art

I went to the memories of AC panel. Board member KP mentioned cow tags were made and begged for before they became mainstream. KP mentioned how Uncle Cage didn't like the sad state of Pittsburgh. Firnando prevented a homeless guy from groupings furries a few years ago. After a homeless guy threw a brick at Firnado, a furry who had security experience chased the attacker. A furry medic took care of Firnado as the ambulance arrived. They sent him endless flowers in the hospital. Now a days Firnado is off doing missionary work in South America.

During Berry time furry musicians played music. Then Majira and gang preformed skits. Beta showed his full fur suit after getting it. We rocked out in the end to Pokemon and a few other tunes.

I hung out by the Westin lower floor and got more pictures. Then, I talked to Tod Fox who I knew from PA.

*Saturday*

I went to see rail furs as they talked about railroads.

More photos

I participated in the fur suit photo and parade.

At Anthrocon Tonight there was some preformers. Crocodile Rock was  played by Status Ferret.

Comics 101 with Steve gallacci was awesome.

I saw furries dance during Floor Wars.

*Sunday*

First I saw some old buildings and monuments with a furry named Willi.

I hung out by the Westin for pictures.

During the closing ceremonies they announced that $46,449 was raised for Pearl Parrot Rescue which was Double the fundrasing for the last 4 years. There was 9358 attendees and 2132 fursuiters.

I was invited to Soren's patreon club meeting. We ate at the old resturant that was once Firnados.

I saw the new sleek AC hotel where Beta and Soren were hanging out.

We got booze and talked at the bar.

Being tired messes with my wording tho ADD can make it hard at times. I fixed my post.
I drove.
It would be a cool route to have a magical railroad to Hogwarts IMAO.
Ah, missed the edit! Yeah, riding would be more fun than driving; more time to rest!

Crass, but it has to be said: don't let him use the oven or the showers.

...You know, I hope I don't end up like that when I get old. I really, REALLY hope that doesn't happen to me.

Anyone else hear about senile Joe calling a woman a lying dog faced pony soldier?

You should hear about how he was fond of little kids touching his legs as he called them cockroaches.

Jump back to 2016 and check this one out.

Guy threatening to assassinate a sitting president obviously hasn't figured out that the USSS does NOT take kindly to such statements, and tends to investigate them. With extreme prejudice. Also demonstrates that he's (she?) not the brightest bulb in the shed, to say something like that on the internet... And probably HAS been, considering that this was all the way back in 2016-ish.

Shit is f*cked up on a discussion of tenticle porn. Watch at your own discretion.

...Oh, my.
...
Still, better than watching Leftists discussing firearms or socialism.

Look at the bright side of offering abortions to illegals: fewer welfare warriors. A mite crass, but it must be said.
Flip side of letting a kid "just live their life", and not telling them what to do...
"Death, why did you give our little girl a SWORD for her birthday?!"
"It's a useful tool."
"But it's DANGEROUS!!!"
"Then she'll learn a lesson."
"She could hurt, or KILL someone, or herself! What kind of LESSON is that?!"
"A very *valuable* lesson."
Give people liberty to do what they want for a day, and they'll probably do a few stupid things. Give them liberty for life, and Darwin will re-engage, and after a few generations the stupid will drop off rather dramatically. This is part of why choice in all things is so critical: it gives problems more opportunities to stop being problems... Focus on the "malum in se" problems (murder, rape, robbery, assault, etc) and ignore the rest (drug use, what types of firearms are owned/carried/where carried, abortions regardless of personal stance, swimming in questionable places, kinder eggs, etc), and soon you have problems solving themselves, and prisons with MORE than enough room for the serious problem people (rapists, murderers, pedos, etc).
This unfortunately has been a failing for both the Left (secular authoritorianism) and for the Right (theocratic authoritorianism). And until we as a society acknowledge this issue, it will likely stay a problem...

Well, they basically legalized robbery over there a while back when they de facto banned self-defense, so I'm honestly amazed they only just de facto legalized ye olde five-finger discount.
The contraceptive shortage, OTOH... That's not as much about sex as it is about being able to regulate hormone levels and their decidedly unpleasant side effects. If you want to be promiscuous, you NEED a barrier of some sort those days with all the STDs about. Heck, you need a barrier anyway unless you've been with your partner long enough to KNOW they don't have a nasty surprise somewhere...
Home roles: don't care who does them, just get them done. Laud or shame someone for doing them? There's absolutely no need for that... ALL homes need a homemaker, or they will be a total wreck.
Consumer debt: the Boomers left the following generations with unsustainable goals and expectations. "Go to college" advice is one example of those expectations coming 'round to bite folks on the rear. Credit card, used correctly, are helpful for making daily purchases convenient, and convenience is another thing that is brought forth from the Boomer generation. That generation, and the Greatest Generation (irony of ironies) making things as easy as they were for the Boomers that came after them, is one of the big drivers of modern problems. That, and an outlook of "save everyone!!!".

Last section, on murderous Leftists/Diversity: And THIS is why I carry. Every day. 24/7/365, unless I'm at my job, because my employers unfortunately seem more concerned about liability than the survivability of their employees.
