Anyway, here’s the question:
During the Tsukiyama operation, there was a whole fight scene with Associate Special Investigator Kijima, Rank 1 Investigstor Furuta, First Class Investigator IHei, and Matsumae.
Everyone dies except for Furuta. I honestly hated Kijma for what he did to some of the members in the Tsukiyama household. He was plain out evil. But I don’t understand his death?? There were 3 investigators literally standing behind him watching as a chainsaw falls on his head. And they could’ve easily done something before that. He got stabbed in the shoulder and then repeatedly stabbed in the stomach/chest. Anyone could’ve easily stepped in at any point and and helped him. Literally, the only thing Furuta did was yell “look out!” ? ? : D ? ?

Any idea why he wasn’t helped? I did notice that Furuta stepped on his arm after his death without even looking. (Not in this video. Also the fight scene is shortened in this video so there aren’t as many points where he could’ve been saved, still gives the general idea though.) And they specifically made the audience aware that happened by literally showing only kijma's arm and a foot (belonging to Furuta) going ontop of it in a scene. After he died of course.)
Why wasn’t he helped and did Kijima and Furuta have any negative history with each other?
