I was opening my monthly chests in lobby 1 (EU) and there were 3 mods there, completely ignoring chat. People were breaking the rules, asking questions, heck, some were even telling the mods that if they don't stop ignoring chat they would report all of them from breaking the mod guidelines.
One might think that the mods were AFK, but no. All of them were jumping around in the lobby, stacking and throwing each other, and every once in a while one of them would type "we are not afk" in an attempt to calm the chat down.
This happened for over 30 minutes (decided not to leave the game after opening chests suprisingly enough). They would ignore players needing help, rulebreakers, questions and even /a messages.
Yet people wonder why people complain about staff, and why Mineplex lost 1/3 of their players. I say demote all staff members except for a couple of good ones and start over, because staff members like these are literally worse than nothing.
