Normally if you're sitting on a horse and you try to teleport anywhere, you get teleported and your horse gets left behind, meaning its bye bye horsey. With HorseTpWithMe all a player needs to do is sit on the horse or donkey and that horse will go home or teleport with them.
Basically, if you find and tame a horse you find in the wild, You can simply teleport to your home and it will come with you instead of having to ride it all the way back to your home.
