My mom has some video recording/editing software for her company that she says she should (alliteration ) be able to get me, which should improve vids. Also, I plan to get my own channel, and (if mullet/Hedge/who-knows-who-else allow me to) even give vids to the official channel, as they seem to be dead/dying right now....
The editing software sounds nice, but for video recording, it's more about the actual setup. Since I use DxTory, if I had fraps, nothing would change it all since the default options for both programs aren't fantastic. Otherwise, the software for editing sounds pretty awesome.
DxTory is like Bandicam, except it's paid and allows you to edit more settings. Bandicam's low CPU usage can be done by DxTory, but you need to know how to adjust everything. Bandicam is much better for starters (especially people with lower-end computers), so I think you should stay on bandicam. I don't think the bandicam.com watermark is that bothering since you just got into recording.
