In honor of #mentalhealthweek I will be stating something that I don't see too often. The sole reason many people with depression go through with suicide is because they don't talk to other people about how they feel. Many people ask why. Well it's hard to find someone that can tell someone has depression/another mental health disorder and differentiate someone who is just seeking attention. Attention seeking people all over social media are (in my opinion) one of the main reasons not many people with a mental health disorder talk to others about their issue because there are so many people that say/post this kind of stuff, for attention. For example, people taking a picture of their wrist all cut up and posting it on every social media site they have is attention seeking. Of course this is very sad. Let's say someone with depression were to be having a bad day and they don't smile basically ever, it's sad how a lot of people automatically assume they are seeking attention because that's what some people that don't have a diagnosed mental disorder do. It's an extremely sad stereotype that I wish would distinguish.
Thank you for those who care
It's the worst when someone has depression and everyone else is like lol what a faggot or why r u depressed, u got no friends?? Or when your support abandons you, this world is so fucked.
Tbh, I'm not even sure how I feel about you. I don't think of you as a friend nor an "enemy." I just think that we agree almost all of the times which is nice to know someone isn't being bias because I know we arent bffs or anything close to that. People always say you were a shitty admin and in all honestly, I thought
You were decent. Im not sure why they are hating on you when they could have
Never gotten the position you got.
