Keep in mind that the officers had more evidence than browns attorneys. Wilson, according to images from the hospital, was "assaulted" and his face was swollen (along with scratch marks). The only evidence that the Brown's has are the fact he was shot 8 times. In the end, though, its all a damn exaggeration. I doubt most of this was due to racism and I doubt the guy needed to be shot. Then again, officers have to think on the spot.
