It can learn Perish Song. Why did I mention that? Because thanks to its ability, Shadow Tag, only Ghost types can escape this notorious status move. After Gengar uses this it can simply stall out the Pokemon and then switch into a Pokemon that resists the opponent's move and laugh as it faints. This combo suits its grinning face.
