Rip America you're either screwed or completely screwed I mean it won't only affect America and we already have a shitty president in France but yeah sucks for you lol
Lmao feminists claiming they fight for equality but still sharing stuff like "a slut is a woman with morals of a man" because men are obviously all jerks that only care about getting laid lmao I swear people are so hypocrite. Or even that "rape culture" thing that somehow is only about women getting raped by mens wtf and of course no man can get raped or suffer of domestical abuse lol..
what you speak of is radfems, not feminists. just saying. you right, all that stuff is shit, but you gotta get it right cause real feminism is intersectional and it sees all aspects and genders when considering equality.
then why are radfems the ones being shown everywhere ? besides feminism wasn't created for gender equality but to help women's get the same right as mens, which I pretty sure is the case nowadays, why call the group that fight for gender equality, equalists or equalitarians, but then again on what do we need equality ? I mean from a man point of view I can tell helps for male victims is pretty much non existant, just like if a man has been raped, people won't take him seriously or make fun of him. but then it might just be me being ignorant but I don't see women's situation bad ?
Woah pump the breaks. Women campaigning for the same rights as men is indeed a campaign for gender equality! I fail to see how you can draw a difference between the two. Furthermore, your example... of failing to sympathise with female victims of rape because male victims of rape do not receive enough support... is flawed. Such a bitter attitude achieves nothing. Campaigning and physically working towards providing male rape victims with the support they need and deserve, on the other hand, is the better solution: people get the support they need regardless of their gender, and gender equality is achieved in this example.
gamester, look at any feminist on tumblr or YouTube and you'll see my point, I'm not saying fighting for equality is bad, I'm saying that if reaching equality is by having inequality in both gender, it's not a solution, if a women tell she fight for equality then I have no issue with her but feminism has gotten such a bad connotations because of the "3rd wave feminism" that their first intention is to defend women, but from what ? men? then that's having a victim position and claiming men are oppressors which is clearly not equal to both gender
Leaving France for UK the 9th of November for 2 month and I'm both really impatient and scared about it as I'll be by myself in a country I've never been in and English isn't my first language it will also be my first time taking a plane
I need the opinion of the very few people that still check my wall ? Do I sound arrogant or full of myself when I talk or in my posts ? Be honest please
It's crazy how happy it makes me to know that things are changing, like the fact that I was accepted for that internship and then there is that formation and good chances of me getting a job in a boarding hostel depression made me so negative about everything and I would feel like even if I tried ,nothing would work and I was only going to fail, Even if I still have depression, it's much better than it use to be.
I'm just so thankful for the luck I'm getting for once I still have a long way to go until I'm truly happy with who I am and how my life is but it feels so good to know that I'm doing the right things for that to happen.
Sorry this was quite personal and I don't think it will interest anyone but I really wanted to make that post
If you speak fluent English and if you're more than 12yo, help please ? I need someone that speaks English fluently to tell me if I've made mistakes in an application I've made for a job, so yeah
